Karlsruhe, June 11, 2026 – The International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) and the International Assessor Certification Scheme (iNTACS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 11, 2026, thereby establishing a strategic partnership to strengthen collaboration in professional qualification and certification.
The partnership combines the expertise of both organizations in the joint coordination of curricula, the intensive exchange of knowledge and experience, and the development of standardized terminology. This creates the conditions necessary to continuously enhance the quality and international compatibility of their qualification and certification programs.
iNTACS specializes in the assessment of development processes and provides guidance on how these processes can be utilized. IREB’s curricula impart in-depth knowledge on how requirements can be collected and processed confidently and purposefully, whether in traditional or agile environments or as digital solutions.
Both organizations are thus partners for professional development in their respective fields and, through this cooperation, complement each other’s portfolios for the benefit of users.
