On 26th of March 2026 AUMOVIO Iasi hosted the 3rd edition of Gate4SPICE making a clear commitment in supporting and developing the regional ASPICE community.
The event focused on debating „Efficiency vs ASPICE” – a reality of the new world of automotive industry: how to keep high level quality standards while delivering faster towards the customer.
The quality of the event and the positive feedback given by the participants were possible due to the diversity of the presentations coming from three major automotive suppliers: AUMOVIO, MARQUARDT and ZF, as well as the engaging workshops in which experienced assessors exchanged best practices.
The most important take-aways out of all the information shared during the event were the following:
- There is no extra effort to be ASPICE compliant if the project does the right thing from the beginning
- Simplified processes that focus on successful delivery towards customer are already embedding good ASPICE compliance
- Mindset shift: we are not doing the activities for ASPICE' compliance, we are implementing a development process that ensures that the customer receives what it was promised and with the right quality.
