Working Group Information

Ziele:
Ziel der Arbeitsgruppe ist es, ein System zu schaffen, das akzeptierte Bewertungsergebnisse liefert, die ein angemessenes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit bieten. Wenn die Anforderungen dieses Schemas erfüllt sind, kann ein Zertifikat ausgestellt werden. Innerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs sind Bewertungen gemäß ISO/IEC 15504-2 Beschwerde-PAMs für entweder Projektbewertungen oder Organisationsreife (siehe ISO/IEC TR 15504-7)
 
Hintergrund:
Der technische Bericht der ISO/IEC 15504 Teil 7 bietet einen Rahmen für die Bewertung der Organisationsreife auf der Grundlage der ISO/IEC 15504. Die Bewertung der Organisationsreife nach CMMI / SCAMPI wird bereits seit vielen Jahren durchgeführt.
Aktuelle Situation: Es ist schwer zu beurteilen, ob von Dritten (z. B. Beratungsunternehmen, Freiberuflern) durchgeführte Bewertungen und Beurteilungen den erforderlichen Detaillierungsgrad, die Strenge und die ISO/IEC 15504-2-Konformität aufweisen. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Beurteilung des organisatorischen Reifegrads, insbesondere für einige Regionen der Welt.

Um solche Unternehmungen professioneller zu gestalten und klare Anforderungen an vertrauenswürdige Bewertungsergebnisse von ISO/IEC 15504-konformen Bewertungen zu stellen, hat intacs im Jahr 2009 als Reaktion auf Rückmeldungen und Anfragen aus der Industrie eine Arbeitsgruppe eingerichtet.
Der Ansatz ist wie folgt: Anbieten von Bewertungszertifikaten, sobald sichergestellt ist, dass diese Bewertungsleistung hohen Qualitätsstandards entspricht und von zertifizierten Fachleuten durchgeführt wurde, und dass die Bewertungsergebnisse einer unabhängigen Qualitätssicherung unterzogen wurden.
Purpose
  1. Definie and maintain exam questions for Provisional and Competent courses in cooperation with Working Party "Standard Course Materials", the instructors, and based on exam participant feedback
  2. Compile exams and deliver exam releases to Certification Bodies.
  3. Approve an release exam results created by Certification Bodies before announcing them to the participants
  4. Quality assurance and configuration management

Purpose

The purpose of the working group "intacs® Trainings" is to ensure the quality of SPICE assessor trainings hosted by  intacs® and to provide standard materials for trainings relevant to certification. This also includes continuously reviewing and developing the intacs® Training architecture with focus on all trainings on PAMs and PAM extensions accepted by intacs® and relevant to assessor training.

The main tasks of the working group are:

  • Ensuring the operational capability of the existing course landscape
  • Maintaining and further developing the training architecture
  • Maintaining the existing course landscape with the existing materials and curricula
  • Creating materials within the existing course landscape, including trainings of the new training architecture
  • Coordinating translations of the course materials
  • Managing the course materials including the licensing of the materials to the training providers
  • Communication towards training providers and certification bodies regarding training material and certification rule topics

Deliverables

  • Standard course materials for intacs® hosted trainings (slides, exercise and case study materials, instructions, support material, syllabi (usuyally integrated in training material)
  • Training architecture of intacs® hosted trainings (trainings, preconditions for trainers and participants, number of participants, certification criteria, observation criteria)
  • Continuous updates for deliverables

Members

The number of core members is limited and only intacs® certified Instructors can be core members in the working group. The working group might nominate additional guest members to sub groups for developing specific results (e.g., training material).

  • Maintaining the information strategy inside and outside of intacs

  • Provide a regular information letter (English) sent out by email to all subscribers
  • Deliver input to intacs.info web platform e.g., Newsflash on main page or WG overview page

  • Collect information for the upcoming information letter
  • Establish a Chinese translation of the information letter
