Brief description

Assessors have different background and different experiences. We want to focus how these factors help or even hinder an assessment.
Especially when an assessor develops his own set of rules and expectations, non-reproducible results may result.
  • To what extent own experiences may be used for ratings?
  • Which role do customer-specific requirements play?
  • How can assessed teams react in order to counteract at an early stage?
  • How can we ensure comprehensible results?

The event will be held in German language.
