Brief description

Agile Praktiken finden zunehmend Anwendung in der Entwicklung. Gleichzeitig sollen die Produktentwicklung reife Prozesse nachweisen. Sicher kein Widerspruch - doch oft Anlass für Missverständnisse, Diskussionen, Fehlinterpretation. Der Workshop soll helfen die Motivation, Intention und Erwartungshaltung des Agile Work Management (AGL.1) zu verstehen. Dabei soll die Brücke zum "klassischen" Projektmanagement (MAN.3) nachvollziehbar werden."
