Get to know Agile SPICE - a bridge to agility.
Agile SPICE aims to address misunderstandings between the "agile world" and the "classical world", and build a bridge between the two worlds.
The practices provide support for implementing agile good practices and achieving process capability at the same time.
The working group “Agile SPICE” has developed and published three processes for piloting: Agile Work Management (AWM), Agile Quality Assurance (AQA) and Partner Collaboration Management (PCM).
In this Gate4SPICE Workshop you will get in-depth insight into how AWM, AQA and PCM can be used and interpreted.
This Event will be held in English language.
