In practice, different interpretations of suitable objectives, criteria, and strategy content can lead to uncertainty in implementation and inconsistencies in assessment ratings. In this Gate4SPICE we want to develop a shared understanding of what meaningful process objectives and an adequate process performance strategy look like in practice. By combining different perspectives and assessment experience, we aim to reduce ambiguity and establish a pragmatic, consistent interpretation that can be applied across projects and assessments.
