DESCRIPTION:Brief description\nThe VDA Automotive SPICE® Guideline defines
a large number of rating rules our own count from the 2nd edition is 258 r
ules\, of which 40 impose an upper limit on a rating. They are unevenly di
stributed: some processes carry more than 20 rules\, others only one. Seve
ral rules are also chained\, so the rating of one indicator mechanically c
onstrains another.\nAssessors do not work from memory\; they consult the G
uidelines. Even so\, applying the relevant rules completely and consistent
ly under time pressure is a different task from knowing them. This session
sets out to observe\, with the participants themselves as the sample\, ho
w much variation actually occurs and to discuss where that variation is le
gitimate professional judgment and where it is simply a missed step.\nIn a
ctual projects\, as Configuration\, Problem\, and Change are managed acros
 s various tools and organizations\, operational gaps persist\, such as a l
ack of traceability between changes and deliverables\, limitations in the
systematic management of issues and problems\, and the manual collection o
f evidence immediately prior to assessment.\nUltimately\, the core issue i
s not that the Automotive SPICE® process is absent\, but that there is a l
ack of an operational system capable of consistently executing and control
ling the defined process in actual business operations.\nTherefore\, we in
tend to discuss ways to embed the Automotive SPICE® process into actual bu
siness workflows through IT services for SPICE\, and to secure end-to-end
traceability and evidence between problems\, changes\, and configurations
 during business operations.\n\nOrganization\n\nHost: SPID CO.\, LTD.\nOrga
