Brief description
Organization SPICE PRM/PAM is now released. After the introduction of these new PAM and its Trustworthy we will rate fictional organization by applying role plays in various workshops. The role of the Sponsor, Assessor and Inspector will be explained. As base, prepared scenarios will be worked thru in the workshops assessing critical situations which are a challenge for rating. Possible and valuable solutions shall be worked out and presented later to all participants.
Furthermore, we will discuss typical pitfalls and exchange experiences on challenges and solutions.
This online event will be held in English language.
