DASPI – Data analytics for SPICE implementation

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:

Operational data from Automotive SPICE®-compliant projects to demonstrate the advantages of the model.

MOTIVATION

Currently, there is hardly any operational data available to make well-founded statements about the benefits of Automotive SPICE®. However, the survey on Automotive SPICE®  conducted as part of the master's thesis can be used as a basis for the questions.

UCAT = Unification of Competent Assessor Training

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Standardize the training of Competent Assessors

 MOTIVATION

  • Currently, there is CA training for Automotive SPICE®, one for ISO33061, and the training for SPICE for IT Service Management is in development.
  • The work supports the further consolidation of the intacs® training level for Certification Scheme.
  • Extensions should be supported in becoming certifiable Basic-PAM, if appropriate.

SANSEI = Systems ANd Software-Engineering Education Initiative

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Strengthening basic technical training in system and software engineering topics. To this end, partner organizations will be identified in order to create a comprehensive training program that covers not only the assessment of process capability and maturity, but also the relevant technical fundamentals. The expanded training program will improve the technical knowledge of process experts for project work and of assessors for conducting assessments.

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Creation of an add-on for Automotive SPICE® addresing cybersecurity aspects of development projects:

  • Definition of additional processes (which do not exist in Automotive SPICE®)
  • Definition of additional Outcomes and Work Products (which do not exist in Automotive SPICE®)
  • Definition of additional Base Practices for existing Automotive SPICE® Processes
  • Definition of additional Notes for existing Automotive SPICE® Processes or Base Practices

DELIVERABLES

  • Extension to Automotive SPICE® 3.1 – to be able to measure the compliance of the development processes versus ISO/ SAE 21434
  • Mapping of the extension elements to elements of ISO/ SAE 21434
  • Extension to Automotive SPICE® Competent Assessor Qualification (Procedure, Syllabus, Training material, accreditation of TPs, certification)
  • Managed Best Practice collection (mapped to elements of ISO/SAE 21434)
  • Reports how to apply the ISO/SAE 21434 and how to assess
